  • We cannot speed up the delivery process once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Customers must carefully check their shipping details before completing an order.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing info@michaeljulietoronto.com.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, loss, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
