    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition with all original labels, hangtags and packaging included

  • Trying on is allowed, but wearing (actual use) is not permitted.

  • The return of products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to partially return is not permitted.

  • Items must be free from:

    • Make-up stains

    • Perfume or smoke odors

    • Pet hair

    • Other signs of wear

We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet these conditions.

3. Items Excluded From Returns

For hygiene and logistical reasons, certain products may be excluded from return. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Underwear, swimwear and lingerie (if hygiene seals are broken)

  • Beauty and personal care products that have been opened

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

4. Return Process

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@michaeljulietoronto.com within 14 days after receiving your item.

    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China) and further instructions.

  3. You ship the item(s) back entirely at your own expense, including any:

    • International shipping fees

    • Customs or import duties

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace and keeping your proof of shipment.

  5. The item must be returned within a reasonable period after your return request has been approved.

If the package is sent without tracking or to a wrong address, this is at your own risk.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received at the supplier’s address and the condition of the product has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

  • The purchase amount (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded within 14 days after the return has been received and approved.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method used for the order.

  • If the product is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may:

    • Reject the refund, or

    • Apply a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.

You will be informed by email about the status of your return and refund.

6. Liability & Address Errors

To protect both our customers and our business, the following rules apply:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered during checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing info@michaeljulietoronto.com.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned or lost, any additional costs or loss will be borne by the customer.

At this time, we typically do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color or product, you can:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible under this policy), and

  2. Place a new order via our website.
